What it means
Each opportunity gets a score on the same scale for all three factors, and the scores are combined. It’s fast, but the scores are only consistent if the whole team reads the scale the same way.

How to use it
Use ICE scores to structure the conversation, not as a precise calculation. Treat low-confidence opportunities as work that needs more evidence first.
