Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to growado.com and early-access applications, operated by Mobiroller Yazılım A.Ş. (“Growado”), a company registered with MERSİS number [MERSİS numarası] at Antalya Teknokenti Arge 2 Binası No 3A/106 Konyaaltı, Antalya, Türkiye (the controller). The KVKK Information Notice gives the detailed notice required by Turkish law; this policy summarises the same information and adds the rights of visitors in the EU/EEA under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Information we collect

• When you visit the site, technical information such as IP address, browser and device details and time of visit is created in our hosting provider’s server logs.
• When you fill in the early-access form, we receive your name, work e-mail, role, company, team size and, if you share it, your main challenge.
• When you write to us, we receive your message and contact details.
• If you arrived through an ad or campaign link, the campaign parameters (UTM), first landing page and referring address are stored with your application. Ad click IDs are stored only if you accept marketing cookies.
• If you consent, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta cookies measure how the site is used and how you interact with our ads.

An e-mail address typed into a page’s e-mail field is not stored; it is only carried over to the early-access form.

3. How we use information

• To provide, operate and secure the site (legitimate interests),
• To review your early-access application and contact you about early access (steps prior to a contract),
• To shape the product around early-access users’ needs (legitimate interests),
• With your consent, to measure which applications our ad campaigns bring,
• To answer your questions and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your information. With your consent, limited data is shared with Google and Meta for ad measurement; your e-mail address is sent to Meta only in irreversibly hashed form. Marketing e-mails are sent only with your separate consent.

4. Cookies

Analytics and marketing cookies run only with your consent; only the cookie that stores your choice is strictly necessary. The list of cookies and the panel to change your choice are on the Cookie Preferences page.

5. Service providers and international transfers

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States). Early-access applications are stored with Supabase Inc. (United States), and confirmation e-mails are sent through Resend, Inc. (United States). With your consent, Google LLC and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. services are used for site analytics and ad measurement. Providers access information only as needed to provide their service. International transfers are made with appropriate safeguards under Article 9 of Turkish Law No. 6698 and, for EU/EEA data, with safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Security and retention

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss and misuse. Information is kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for; retention periods are in the KVKK Information Notice.

7. Your rights

Your rights under Article 11 of Turkish Law No. 6698 and how to apply are described in the KVKK Information Notice.

If you are in the EU/EEA, under the GDPR you also have the right to:

• access your personal data and receive a copy,
• have inaccurate data corrected,
• have your data erased,
• restrict processing,
• receive your data in a portable format,
• object to processing based on legitimate interests,
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing,
• lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Children’s privacy

Growado is a product for business teams. The site and early-access list are not aimed at people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy when needed. The current version is always published on this page, and the “Last updated” date at the top changes.
