Terms of Use

1. Parties and acceptance

These terms govern the use of growado.com (the “Site”), operated by Mobiroller Yazılım A.Ş. (“Growado”), a company registered with MERSİS number [MERSİS numarası] at Antalya Teknokenti Arge 2 Binası No 3A/106 Konyaaltı, Antalya, Türkiye. By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

2. Nature of the Site

Growado is pre-launch. The Site is published for information purposes, to introduce the product and to receive early-access applications. Early access is free; applying does not create a right to access the product or a commitment to provide access by a certain date.

Product screens, tables and the sample decision audit shown on the Site use illustrative data marked “Sample”; they do not belong to a real customer or a measured result.

3. Use of content

Guides and other content are for general information and are not legal, financial or professional advice. Growado does not promise any particular result from applying the content. You make your decisions based on your own data and judgement.

4. Intellectual property

All intellectual and industrial property rights in the Site’s content, including text, designs, images, the logo and the “Growado” name, belong to Growado or its licensors. Content may be quoted for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution; otherwise it may not be copied, distributed or changed without written permission.

5. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• interfere with the Site’s operation, overload it or compromise its security,
• try to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its infrastructure,
• submit someone else’s information or false information in forms,
• use the Site for any unlawful purpose,
• upload health information or other special categories of personal data.

6. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. Growado is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

7. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is”. Growado does not promise that the Site will run without interruption or errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Growado is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Site. This limitation does not apply to intent or gross negligence, or to liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes

Growado may update these terms when needed. The current version takes effect on the date it is published on this page.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Antalya have jurisdiction over disputes. Statutory rights of users acting as consumers, including those under the law of their country of residence, are not affected.
